1 Nominal speed. The actual speed of your service will depend on a number of factors, such as computer configuration/performance, phone line conditions, inside wiring at your location, Internet or network congestion, the speed of websites that you connect to on the Internet and other factors. High speed Internet service available to customers with local telephone service provided by Whidbey Telecom, and is subject to circuit availability and line verification by Whidbey Telecom.

3 Network router return required upon termination of service or a charge of $130 will be applicable.
4 IP addresses will be allocated on an as-needed basis using current ARIN guidelines. A one-time charge for modifying IP addresses may apply.
