Network Reliability
Our commitment is to provide nothing less than first-rate service. To do this, we have made major investments in our network platform, which uses state-of-the-art equipment from the leading manufacturers in the industry today. We continuously evaluate network performance on multiple levels so that enhancements and upgrades are in place before customers experience any service degradation. For example:
- Bandwidth utilization is monitored, 7x24, from multiple locations
- Performance and load management for all servers and server groups is monitored 7x24
- Network availability for e-mail servers, web servers, the WAN, DSL and dial-up access is continuously monitored
All critical network components are either redundant or have automatic fail-over capacity. Our multiple Fiber Optic connections to the Internet give you better performance (fastest possible connection with maximum data throughput) and reliability (service can be instantaneously rerouted from one connection to the other).
This attention to network management and performance is how we are able to achieve enviable uptime stats. YTD, weâve had 99.99 or better uptime for all network elements. |
