Anonymous Call Rejection
| With anonymous call rejection, you can discourage anonymous calls. Activate this feature, and incoming calls that would be marked “anonymous” or “private” on a caller ID device are automatically rejected – your phone won’t even ring. Instead, these callers – who have blocked the display of their numbers from a caller ID device – will hear an announcement telling them that you are not accepting blocked calls. Such callers will need to hang up, unblock their numbers and dial again if they wish to reach you.
Anonymous Call Rejection service can be added to your account whether or not you have Caller ID service.
