Hosted Client Support

If you need assistance, please contact us. We will do our best to address your technical questions about issues such as username/password troubles, account setup information, site availability, etc, but please keep in mind that the actual website development is between you and your developer.

We do maintain a list of developers in the local area and would be glad to pass on their names and contact information to you. If you have a developer doing your website maintenance, contact sales@whidbey.net with the developer’s name so we can set that developer up with permission to access your site and recieve technical assistance. You will be contacted for confirmation before that access is granted.
