Our Central Monitoring Station is UL listed for residential and commercial fire and burglar alarm systems - UL’s highest standard. We comply with UL standards and nationally-recognized codes and are subject to annual inspections. UL listing assures that our Central Monitoring Station is located in a secure, fire-resistant structure with emergency backup power to sustain operations during emergencies.
Client contacts are verified when the account is set up, but we go further. We verify contact on a routine basis to ensure that information is current in case of emergency. (This service is seldom provided by our competitors).
Choose to have your alarm panel call into our Central Monitoring Station once every 24 hours, or once weekly. Ensures your system maintains contact. If a call isn’t received, a staff member will contact you to investigate.
