RESOLVED – Bell Canada experienced a circuit outage upstream from Whidbey Telecom, resulting in reduced data and voice capacity to Point Roberts customers. This outage is out of our control. Your Whidbey Telecom engineers are working with Bell Canada to determine the cause of the issue and to find a resolution. Please expect longer wait times when calling Tech Support.
