Two upstream telephony connection carriers have reported outages. Depending on where you are calling and which carrier the destination telephone is using, you may have intermittent issues connecting. Whidbey Telecom Engineers are in contact with the upstream carriers and are consulting on remediation. No resolution time from those carriers yet. Will update as we receive more info.
