Scammers are calling customers and posing as Whidbey Telecom, saying that we are getting rid of their copper internet service and they will lose internet unless they provide personal identifying info so we can issue them a “box.” This is a scam. DO NOT GIVE THESE CALLERS ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. Hang up and report these calls to local law enforcement.
