RESOLVED – We have been made aware of a service disruption affecting all Whidbey Telecom phone customers. Inbound and outbound calls through AT&T, Verizon, and 800 numbers are affected. This does NOT affect calls to emergency services. This issue originates outside of Whidbey Telecom’s network and is out of our control. We are actively working with the affected carrier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
