Harbor Hopper

Location: Langley, WA – Everett, WA

Passenger ferry pilot program connects Everett and Langley this summer

What if you could skip the traffic and sail straight to the FIFA World Cup celebrations this season?
Whidbey Telecom is your Community Connector sponsor for the new Harbor Hopper passenger ferry!

All aboard! The Port of Everett and Port of South Whidbey are launching a pilot program for a passenger ferry service on June 4, the “Harbor Hopper,” between Everett and Langley, Washington.

The Harbor Hopper is a foot ferry service aboard the chartered Hat Island Ferry between Everett and Langley to give travelers a car-free option to travel between Snohomish County and Whidbey Island. Now, spontaneous day trips and easy weekend getaways between Everett and Whidbey Island are just a hop across the harbor. The pilot program is designed to support regional tourism and economic activity, enhance public access, and explore options for future passenger-only ferry service between the two port districts – making day trips quick and easy between the two waterfront communities.
