Saturday, August 29, 2026 is the third annual Steps ROCK ‘n’ ROLL STROLL to support families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

The whole family can join the fun and dress up as their favorite rock star!

The day begins at Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor, WA on Whidbey Island. The course follows the sparkling waterfront out to Catalina Park at the Marina and back to Windjammer Park.
