The Whidbey Island Film Festival is a program of Whidbey Island Center for the Arts (WICA). This year’s festival is a 7-day celebration of Hollywood icons in career-defining roles. The festival includes screenings of cinematic favorites, Film Talks (lectures), a ShortsFest competition, guest speakers, special events, and a pass holders-only Secret Screening.
