Whidbey Audubon Society is hosting their first ever festival, Wings over Whidbey. This two-and-a-half-day community birding festival will offer educational and informational presentations, a photography class, guided birding tours, a bird photo contest for children and youth, and the return of the Bird in the Hand event.
