RESOLVED – Outside carrier circuits are down, which are impacting our telephone customers. Calls using AT&T long distance, Comcast local calls, and 800 numbers are impacted. Tickets have been opened and the carriers are investigating. This outage is outside of Whidbey Telecom control and we are working with AT&T engineers to resolve the issue.
