Outside carrier circuits are down, which are impacting our telephone customers. Long distance and 800 calls to AT&T, Ziply, and some Comcast customers are impacted. Tickets have been opened with Ziply to investigate. This outage is outside of Whidbey Telecom control and we are working with Ziply engineers to resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience.
