Internal Telephone Outage

RESOLVED – We are experiencing issues with our internal telephone systems that are affecting our customer’s ability to reach our Tech Support and Customer Service teams. Our technicians are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Service Disruption Point Roberts

One of our upstream carriers is experiencing an outage, resulting in reduced data and voice capacity to Point Roberts customers. This outage is outside of Whidbey Telecom control. We are working with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please expect longer wait times when calling Tech Support. We appreciate your patience.

DSL Network Outage

RESOLVED – Customers on our DSL network may be experiencing difficulty getting online. Our technicians are aware of the problem and working hard to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will continue to post real time updates. Thank you for your patience.

Webmail Alert

We are aware of an issue with Microsoft Edge in Webmail. Customers have reported an error screen while browsing within Webmail via the Microsoft Edge browser. The information displayed in the error screen is incorrect and Microsoft is working to resolve the issue. If you have any questions, please contact Support at 360-321-TECH (8324).

Outside Carrier Telephone Outage

RESOLVED – We have been made aware of a voice service disruption affecting inbound and outbound calls routed through Verizon/MCI. This issue originates outside of Whidbey Telecom’s network and is linked to one of our upstream carriers.
