Langley has something to crow about this Halloween! Merchants and townspeople are dressed for the holiday in their spooky best. Kids are invited to trick-or-treat downtown from 2:30 to 5 pm. Plus, see the many crows around town created by metal artists Scott Alexander and Mike McVay. Don’t miss all the fun… or the candy!
