Some Whidbey Telecom customers may experience an “All Circuits Busy” message when trying to make a call outside of the Whidbey Telecom network. This outage is part of a Verizon service disruption. Only certain Long distance and 800 numbers that go across the Verizon Service disruption will be impacted. Whidbey Telecom engineers working with Verizon to troubleshoot and resolve.
