RESOLVED – AT&T and Ziply report their circuits are intermittently down, which may affect a small group of telephone customers. Customers making long distance and toll free calls from their Whidbey Telecom landline across these circuits will experience an issue. This outage is part of an AT&T outage and is outside of Whidbey Telecom control. We are working with their engineers to resolve the issue.
