FAQs: Using SmartHub

For your security and privacy, we have recently updated our online billing and payment systems.

If you have payments set up with your bank, no action or change is required.  

If you prefer online bill pay, paperless billing, or automatic payment through a credit/debit card, you’ll need to complete a SmartHub registration.

If you don’t have time to register or have issues registering, don’t worry, you’ll get a paper bill in the mail and you can decide how you want to proceed then.

Secure Pay by Phone: 833-410-0491

Set up automated payments or make a one time payment, all on our new secure phone payment system. You'll need your account number when you call, toll-free 833-410-0491.

SmartHub is now available through the Whidbey Telecom website. It provides many features that can help you understand your account or communicate with us in a secure environment.

Register your SmartHub Account:

Select Continue to SmartHub to access the new SmartHub portal. From there, select “New User? Sign up to access our Self-Service site” hyperlink on the login page. You will need to enter your account number, last name and the email you registered with us to start the registration process. (The zeroes in front of the account number are no longer necessary.) You can find your account number on a printed bill statement mailed to your residence or business.

Activate the Features You Want:

With SmartHub, you’ll have the ability to set up instant messages about your service to whatever device you like. You’ll receive important news and alerts quickly and timely. Plus, you’ll have all of the contact information for Customer Service and Tech Support at your fingertips, so you can contact us with questions regarding your service.
