SmartHub will be available June 8 through the Whidbey Telecom website. It provides many features that can help you understand your account or get a hold of us in a hurry.

Through SmartHub, you’ll be able to go paperless—see and pay your bill online quickly and easily.

Put yourself in the driver’s seat of your Whidbey Telecom account.

With SmartHub, you’ll have the ability to set up instant messages about your service to whatever device you like. You’ll receive important news and alerts quickly and timely. Plus, you’ll have all of the contact information for Customer Service and Tech Support at your fingertips, so you can contact us with questions regarding your service.

Starting in June, access more information through your online SmartHub account.

SmartHub provides Whidbey Telecom customers account management all in one place. Customers can view their bill, manage payments, notify customer service of account and/or billing issues, and receive special messaging. SmartHub registration begins June 8, 2020.

All customers that currently use bill pay, paperless billing, automatic payment through a bank or a credit/debit card, must complete a SmartHub registration.

Bill & Pay

Quickly view your current account balance and due date, manage recurring payments and modify payment methods. You can also view bill history including PDF versions of paper bills. Make a payment now or schedule it for a future date.

Easily contact Whidbey Telecom by email or phone. You can also submit one of many predefined messages.
